Oprah elevates colorectal cancer awareness … with a little help from Olympus. On Monday, October 29, 2007, The Oprah Winfrey Show highlighted a Chicago Firefighter’s colonoscopy experience. Nate, the firefighter, had been hesitant to get a colonoscopy because his brother died at 35 from colon cancer—the same age Nate is now.
